Our Acro Display team together with lots of our other gymnasts, twirled, leapt and tumbled their way around the streets of Norwich. We all had a blast and hope you enjoyed watching us perform.

Returning to gym:
Remember to think before you go:
wash hands regularly
stay away from gymnastics if you feel unwell
social distancing remains in place
listen carefully to instructions from your coaches and instructors
get ready before your session and check you have all you need
bring your own training aids only if required

We are looking forward to welcoming back all the gymnasts who have responded saying they will be returning. Please remember to familiarise yourselves with the systems that will be in place, from the documents you were sent after the last lockdown.
An email regarding fees will be sent out shortly.
The first Performance Group session will begin on Thursday 15th April.
The first Saturday gymnastics sessions will begin on Saturday 17th April.

The Club is looking for additional people to train as judges.
We do not have sufficient qualified people to be able to send a coach and judge to all competitions this year.
If as a Club we are unable to provide a judge then all competition fees are doubled.
